I bring over 23 years of insurance experience, starting my career with State Farm right out of college working alongside my uncle, a 45-year retired State Farm agent. That foundation helped shape my passion for the business and commitment to building strong relationships with both customers and team members.

I’m married with two children and two dogs, and family and community are both very important to me. We stay highly involved locally, supporting organizations like the Starfish Project, Shawnee 1929 Museum, Downtown Shawnee Board, De Soto Days, and several local schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mitzi Ryburn - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have Property and Casualty License prior to starting.
Compensation $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
